On the first day of each Clinical Practice Improvement (CPI) Advanced Seminar, we welcome senior leadership participants (CEOs, CVOs, CIOs, medical directors, etc.), in addition to our registered participants.

Many participants in the Advanced Seminar have indicated regret that time limitations keep their senior leadership from attending the full seminar. However, they felt that a one-day overview could give their leadership a working understanding of this new methodology.

The purpose of inviting senior leadership to the first day is to let them see an overview of CPI and how it relates to outcomes research, guidelines development, and randomized controlled trials. They will also see specific examples of how CPI has improved quality of care, while reducing cost. They will learn how they can help their staff implement CPI successfully.
